A COMPLETE LET DOWN!!!!!!!
This location is in a prime spot to the two major roads, the main mall, restaurants, shopping and bars......YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS LOCATION.
My room was infested with roaches. The staff spoke very little English which made communication virtually impossible. The towels were old and dirty looking. I had to ask every day for the first week to have my room cleaned. Requesting additional bathing towels and wash clothes was like trying to get a law passed. The security staff did not speak English, of there is an emergency good luck. Of note: this is the second time I have booked with Honey and I will never go back to this property. Last year November I paid for a 2 week visit, my stay was so horrible I left 8 days early and paid extra for a room t the Hilton. This stay was equally a disappointing. VIEW TALAY 6 BY HONEY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR INVENTORY. So much so that I will not use your website for of my future travel plans. There is clearly no vetting of the businesses you associate yourself with and this is unacceptable for customers. Additionally, the bathroom cabinet doors were broken and I had to report this to the front desk and not the cleaning staff who saw this daily.
